Before contacting support, try these common solutions:
  • Check Accessibility permission: System Settings → Privacy & Security → Accessibility → Stenox enabled
  • Click in a text field before dictating
  • Restart Stenox

  • Try a different hotkey in Settings
  • Verify Stenox is running (icon in menu bar)
